PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely economical supporting device of a wire material and a covering material, improving workability when starting and ending, and solving misgivings such as break and abrasion, to provide a supporting device mounting post, and to provide a stretching material. SOLUTION: This supporting device 1 is configured such that one through-hole 2 passing under the top 13 of a sphere and crossing a build-up portion 12 is installed at a place from the upper side to the lower side end of a hemisphere 11 of a synthetic resin-made base material 10 having an upper surface build-up protruded in a form of the hemisphere 11. The wire material 3 is inserted into the through-hole 2 on the upper side of the supporting device 1, and the post 4 is mounted to a fitting portion 14 provided in the lower part to stretch the net-like covering material 5 over the top parts.
