PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a paper bag or vinyl bag given when a merchandise product is purchased in a department store or electric appliance shop should be reconsidered now that the ecology attracts attention all over the world because the bag becomes waste soon after used once though a grocery bag given in a supermarket, etc. can be reused as a garbage bag after use. SOLUTION: The upper half of a body 1 of the bag made of a material (such as polyethylene and transparent or translucent) to be used as a garbage bag is folded 3, and handles 2 are attached to the inner side of the folded opening so that the bag can be used as a shopping bag.
