PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting support for an underground structure easily installable in an underground structure and capable of stably preventing a worker from falling from the underground structure, and also provide a fall prevention structure and a construction method of fall prevention. SOLUTION: This mounting support for an underground structure is used for preventing a person from falling from a space for working above the underground structure placed in a hole part into the hole part. The underground structure 50 includes, on the upper surface 56, at least two or more parts to be engaged 51 with which a lifting means for lifting the underground structure 50 is engaged. The mounting support for an underground structure includes a base member 2 disengageably engaged with the parts to be engaged 51 in the non-engaged state in which the lifting means is not engaged with the parts to be engaged 51 provided to the upper surface 56 of the underground structure 50 and a support body 1 the lower part of which extends from the base member upward.
