PURPOSE: A high-rise building structure with an outdoor moving path is provided to offer a convenient route for outdoor activities and help residents escape quickly in an emergency. CONSTITUTION: A high-rise building structure(1) comprises a foundation structure(21), a moving path structure(22), and a passage(23). The foundation structure is extensively constructed on the exterior of a high-rise building. The moving path structure is constructed obliquely and horizontally on the exterior wall around the foundation structure. The passage is provided on each floor to connect the moving path structure and the interior of the building. The foundation structure comprises outer columns constructed on four corners of the building, support beams which are extended from side columns constructed between the outer columns, and reinforcing beams which connect foundation beams installed on both ends of the support beams.
