<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to efficiently confirm an implementation result of OCR processing of image data scanned in an image processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In an image processing apparatus 101, the image processing apparatus 101 receives an OCR result file, in which implementation results of OCR processing of image data in an information processing device 102 are recorded (S301), it is then determined whether a user logging in the image processing apparatus 101 is present or not (S302) and if present, it is determined whether user information included in the OCR result file is matched with user information of the logging-in user (S303-S305).
