PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel that properly shields an imaging element from magnetism without increasing the size of a magnetic shield. SOLUTION: The lens barrel has at least two driving magnetic circuits M1 and M2 having yokes 20 and 24 set to be parallel to at least two of the four sides of the imaging element 5 in the direction of an optical axis. The direction in which power is supplied to the coil 26 in the one driving magnetic circuit M2, is reversed, on the basis of the direction of the optical axis, from the direction in which power is supplied to the coil 23 in the other driving magnetic circuit M1. The imaging element 5 side polarity of one magnet 25 is opposite to the imaging element 5 side polarity of the other magnet 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
