PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability and stability of waterproof equipment by preventing a setting state of an electric circuit based on the presence/absence of a setting magnet, from being changed even when receiving magnetic disturbance. SOLUTION: It is detected in a non-contact manner whether or not a setting member using a magnet exists in a setting hole opened to the outside of a waterproof enclosure. A setting processing part sets a processor 48 to a sleep mode (non-operating state) upon detection of the presence of the setting member by a setting member detection part, and switches the processor 48 to a wake-up mode (operating state) when detection of the absence of the setting member is continued for a prescribed first set time T1 after the change to detection of the absence. Furthermore, the setting processing part switches the processor 48 to the sleep mode when, during the operation of the processor 48, detection of the presence of the setting member is continued for a prescribed second set time T2 longer than the first set time after the change to detection of the presence.
