<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion of a mixture layer of an electrode and also its processing characteristics, and to provide a lithium secondary battery preventing the degradation of a battery capacity at high temperature storage at ≥50°C. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium secondary battery is provided with a positive electrode capable of storing and releasing lithium ions, an negative electrode capable of storing and releasing lithium ions, a separator arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and electrolyte solution.
