PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-reliable laminated ceramic capacitor, wherein stress acting on the laminated ceramic capacitor is alleviated, thereby having a low incidence of cracks. SOLUTION: The laminated ceramic capacitor includes: a capacitor part having dielectric layers containing first ceramic particles with an average particle size of 0.1-0.3μm and first and second inner electrodes laminated alternately, with one ends of the first and second inner electrodes exposed in a laminating direction of the dielectric layers; a protection layer formed on at least one of the top side and bottom side of the capacitor part and containing second ceramic particles having a ratio of an average particle size of 1.1-1.3 to the average particle size of the first ceramic particles and having a porosity of 2-4%; and first and second external electrodes electrically coupled to the first and second inner electrodes exposed in the laminating direction of the dielectric layers.
