Said device also includes an inner receiving surface (1), which is connected to the center shaft (3) by means capable of modifying the distance from said surface to the axis XX' of said center shaft (3), and arranged between the two bead-engaging systems (2), as well as means (4) for extracting the air contained inside the interior space so as to reduce the relative pressure inside said interior space (I).
