PURPOSE: A method and a device for manufacturing a chip for a pillow are provided to prevent noise caused by movement of a user during sleep. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a chip for a pillow comprises: a step of molding a thin and long base member; a step coating the surface of the shaped base member with an adhesive; a step of attaching fiber to the surface of the base member coated with adhesive; a step of drying the adhesive applied to the surface of the base member using hot wind; and a step of cutting the dry base member in a predetermined length. The base member is composed of a plastic material or a fiber material. |
