PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attractor capable of deepening an annular groove to which a shading coil is attached, securing a necessary shading area, and effectively reducing electromagnetic noise without reducing strength, durability, processability, productivity, an yield and the like. SOLUTION: The attractor includes: an attractor body 50A of a stepped cylindrical shape having a large diameter portion 51, a small diameter portion 54, and an intermediate diameter portion 52 arranged between the two diameter portions; a shading coil 70 disposed at the side of the small diameter portion 54 of the attractor body 50A; and a sleeve 60 for the outer wall of a groove formed at the outer periphery of the small diameter portion 54 so as to form an annular groove 56 to which the shading coil 70 is attached. One end face of the sleeve 60 for the outer wall of a groove is flush with the end surface of the small diameter surface 54, the other end is externally fit to the intermediate diameter portion 52, and the other end surface contacts with an annular terrace surface 55 formed between the large diameter portion 51 and the intermediate diameter portion 52.
