摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real-time distributed control system that prevents delay in execution of a hard real-time control system. <P>SOLUTION: In the real-time distributed control system 1, a receiving side computer 50b includes: a receiving component 20 which receives a message 40; and an operation period acquisition unit 32 which acquires an operation period of the receiving component 20 upon start of the system, and transmits the monitoring conditions associated with the operation period thus acquired to a transmission rate monitoring condition setting unit 33. A transmission side computer 50a includes: a transmission component 10 which transmits a message 40; the transmission rate monitoring condition setting unit 33 which sets the monitoring conditions in a transmission rate monitoring condition storage unit 35; and a transmission rate monitoring unit 30 which monitors the transmission rate from the transmission component 10 based on the monitoring conditions stored in the transmission rate monitoring condition storage unit 35, and suppresses the transmission interval of the message 40 when the transmission rate of the message does not satisfy the monitoring conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
