<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control device, along with an air conditioning control method and radiation temperature measuring device, wherein a predictive index of heat sensation of a person in a room as an air-conditioning control target is output by using a predicted radiation temperature value with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioning control device includes: a radiation temperature DB memory part 21 for storing a radiation temperature DB where template data which is luminance histogram data for a predetermined direction obtained by photographed image information on a window part in various situations of the window in the room as the air-conditioning control target in advance and the predicted radiation temperature value estimated from each template data are stored; an image feature detection part 13 for generating the luminance histogram data for the predetermined direction of the image information based on the photographed image information on the window part; a radiation temperature output part 22 for detecting a template data highly similar to the luminance histogram data and for output of the corresponding predicted radiation temperature value; and a PMV calculation part 30 for calculating a predicted PMV of the person in the room using the output predicted temperature value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
