<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for green buildings, capable of promoting afforestation on the roof, outer wall faces, and the like of a building and achieve efficient energy saving. <P>SOLUTION: The management system 1 for green buildings 10 is configured by installing afforestation equipment 12 in a building 11. The management system 1 includes a temperature measuring unit 20 having afforestation temperature sensors 21a, 22a provided in a green area 14 and non-afforestation temperature sensors 21b, 22b provided in a non-green area 15, an electric energy measuring unit 30, a management terminal 40 having a control communication unit 41, a management center 50 having a demand monitoring unit 53 and a computation processing unit 54, and a customer terminal 60. The computation processing unit 54 computes a power saving effect arising from the installation of the afforestation equipment 12 based on measurement data from the afforestation temperature sensors 21a, 22a, the non-afforestation temperature sensors 21b, 22b, and the electric energy measuring unit 30, and then provides it to the customer terminal 60 in a viewable manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
