摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a fraction ratio of a concentration waveform obtained by separation analysis using electrophoresis and HPLC by respectively Gauss-curving portions where substances seem to be superimposed and producing the Gauss curves so that the curves may become an original concentration waveform, and then to determine a concentration value. <P>SOLUTION: The analysis method and the quantitative method includes the steps of preparing a Gauss curve group to make the peak positions of respective Gauss curves approximate to the original concentration waveform using Genetic Algorithm only by automatically or manually setting them from the concentration waveform, calculating area ratios that the areas of respective Gauss curves is divided by the total sum of areas of Gauss curve group, and determining the concentrations of respective Gauss curves by multiplying the area ratios by the concentration of a substance to be measured separately measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
