PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that switching to an operation area with insufficient fuel economy is easily performed since a depressing increase degree of accelerator opening depressing-increased after it exceeds an actual opening threshold value becomes larger when a depressing speed is fast as compared with the case where the depressing speed is slow in a constitution in which pedal depressing force is increased when it is determined that the accelerator opening exceeds a constant opening threshold value. SOLUTION: When it is determined that the accelerator opening is larger than the opening threshold value, a predetermined increase degree is added to the base depressing force of the accelerator pedal (steps S5, S6). When the depressing speed of the accelerator pedal is detected (step S3) and the depressing speed is fast, the opening threshold value is corrected according to the depressing speed (step S4) such that the opening threshold value becomes smaller as compared with the case where the depressing speed is slow.
