<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and a memory system for reducing a noise in communication. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 12 which can communicate with host equipment 2 includes: a pseudo random number generation circuit 32; a symbol generation part 24 for generating symbols LIDL0, LIDL1, SYN0 and SYN1 according to pseudo random numbers generated by the pseudo random number generation circuit; a conversion part 25 for performing 8b/10b conversion about the symbol; and a transmission part 26 for transmitting the symbol converted by the 8b/10b conversion part to the host equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
