<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire for a motorcycle capable of enhancing rolling resistance performance while maintaining controllability/stability and ride comfort. <P>SOLUTION: The tire for the motorcycle includes a crown inclination groove 11 ranging over a tire equator C and extending in a tire circumferential direction at an angle of 20°or less on a tread part 2, and the crown inclination groove 11 is arranged in a central area Cr, i.e., an area of 30% of tread width TW.
