PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve quick and sure information transfer, by facilitating a user who is unable to have a telephone conversation with a counterpart, or a user who gives up utilization of voicemail services or automatic telephone answering services to select an information transfer means according to the user's intention and convenience or the like, from a plurality of information transfer means other than the voicemail services and the automatic telephone answering services. SOLUTION: When a call connection is not established, for example, when a caller makes a telephone call to a counterpart by using a mobile terminal 1 and the caller terminates the call because the telephone call is not connected to the counterpart but is connected to the automatic telephone answering services center, a guide menu 11 is displayed on a display 3 of the mobile terminal 1. A plurality of information transfer means are shown in the guide menu 11 so as to allow a user to select an arbitrary information transfer means by a simple key operation, thereby allowing the user to quickly and reliably transfer information to the counterpart by using the selected information transfer means.
