PURPOSE: A QOS providing method using a previously providing service flow is provided to supply a QoS by using a previously providing service flow in a base station without interlinking of an IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem). CONSTITUTION: A base station transits a PPSF(Pre-Provisioned Service Flow) of a provisioned status to an active status(205a,205b). The base station allocates a wireless resource to a call between an mVoIP(mobile Voice over Internet Protocol) terminal and a receiving terminal. If a call connection is cancelled, the base station recognizes a call completion fact(207,208). The base station transits the previously providing service flow of the active status to the provision state(209).
