PURPOSE: A power management network registration method of an electrical device is provided to conveniently register an electrical product to a power management network during generating initial work of a communication modem. CONSTITUTION: A user starts an initial work of a communication modem through an operation of an initialization button(S402). If a communication modem is a used modem, a control unit deletes existing information of the communication modem(S403,S405). If an electrical product related to existing information is registered to a power management program, the control unit transmits a secession request signal about the power management program(S406).
