MANUFACTURING METHOD OF N- AND P-TYPE CUALO2 USING SINGLE IMPURITIES

PURPOSE: A producing method of a p and n-type copper aluminum oxide(CuAlO2) using a single impurity is provided to produce a CuAlO2 transparent conducting oxide by controlling the oxygen partial pressure using the impurity. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a p and n-type copper aluminum oxide(CuAlO2) uses a 2+ metallic ion(M2+), and a material containing Cu1+ and Al3+ as raw materials. The producing method comprises a step of controlling the composition x value in the equation: Cu1+:Al3+:M2+=1:(1-x):x, and the reactive oxygen partial pressure for substituting the Cu1+ and Al3+ with the M2+ to obtain the p and n-type property.
