PURPOSE: A system for providing image information using energy saving type street lights is provided to offer an image of a person who carries an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) to a mobile phone, a smart phone, a PDA, a notebook computer, and a desktop computer through a communication network. CONSTITUTION: A management server(100) stores RFID tag information which is offered to the apartment house, identifying information for a registered interphone by the RFID tag information, password information, address information, and manager access identification information. The management server transmits image information based on the RFID tag information which is transmitted from the street light, a door of an apartment to the internet phone or outside through a communication network(700). A communication terminal receives the image information from the management server through the communication network. |
