PURPOSE: An image processing apparatus, method thereof, and computer recordable medium are provided to control the clock of a memory and to reduce power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A DMA(Direct Memory Access)(121) reads out image data of a distortion correction processing target in SDRAM(Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory)(120). An SRAM control unit(122) controls supply clock about an SRAM based on a maximum line and a minimum line. A distortion correction circuit(125) corrects the distortion of image data through stored image data of the SRAM. A DMA(126) writes the distortion-corrected image data on the SDRAM.
