PURPOSE: A mounting device for producing all-steel card clothing is provided to manufacture the all-steel card clothing with high stable processes by mounting a profile wire through a simple mode. CONSTITUTION: A mounting device for producing all-steel card clothing includes a guide device(28) and an angle adjusting device(32). The guide device guides a profile wire according to a wire forward direction. The guide device includes the angle adjusting device. The angle adjusting device sets alignment of the profile wire. The angle adjusting device can be controlled. The angle adjusting device is rotated around the wire forward direction.
