PURPOSE: A liquid crystal photo-alignment agent is provided to enable photoalignment even in low energy and to ensure excellent vertical alignment property, chemical resistance, stable liquid crystal alignment property, liquid crystal dropping convenience, excellent adhesive property to a board, electrooptic properties, and reliability to after image. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal photo-alignment agent comprises a polymer compound and a solvent, wherein the polymer compound, polyamic acids and polyimide or combination thereof, comprises a first structure unit induced from photodiamine represented by chemical formula 1, a second structure unit induced from diamine represented by chemical formula 2, and a third structure unit induced from diamine selected from chemical formula 3.
