PURPOSE: An aestivation inhibition and culture technique of sea cucumber is provided to suppress and culture the aestivation of sea cucumber by controlling deep sea water at an optimal temperature. CONSTITUTION: An aestivation culture technique of sea cucumber comprises: a step of collecting deep sea water; a step of heating the collected deep sea water; and a step of using the heated deep sea water as culture water of sea cucumber. In the step of heating the collected deep sea water, the deep sea water is heated using the heat of the surface seawater through a heat exchanger.
