PURPOSE: An environment-friendly thermo-reversible rubber composition is provided to ensure excellent elasticity which is similar to crosslinking rubber and mechanical property and to enable reuse by thermo-reversible crosslinking. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly thermo-reversible rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of maleic anhydride-grafted synthetic rubber or olefin-based resin compound, 0.1~12.0 parts by weight of reactive amine compound, 0.2~15.0 parts by weight of metal oxide, 0~500 parts by weight of inorganic filler, and other additives. The synthetic rubber is one kind selected from an ethylene-propylene rubber, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and nitrile rubber.
