PURPOSE: A fiber reinforced polymer reinforcement material and a manufacturing method thereof, and a repair and reinforcement method of a concrete structure using the same are provided to improve adhesive performance for concrete or a repair material by increasing the unification of a core material and a second fiber and preventing the separation of a second fiber from a core material. CONSTITUTION: A fiber reinforced polymer reinforcement material(100) contains: a core material(10) including a resin layer(11) and first fibers(12); a second fiber(20) wound on the outer circumference of the core material; and third fibers(30) covering the second fiber and wound on the outer circumference of the core material precisely compared with the second fiber.
