Fluid-operated manipulator

摘要

The manipulator has segments with fluid chambers (20) arranged at a distance to each other in a coupling plate (19) transverse to an extension curve, where the chambers are fluidically separated from each other. Each of the chambers has an elastically deformable wall area for changing volume of the chambers to linearly move the plate parallel to the curve when fluid is supplied to the chambers. A main extension surface of the plate is arranged perpendicular to the curve, and the chambers are formed as a single piece with the plate.
