PURPOSE: A system for automatically managing a feeding facility for an online electric vehicle and a controlling method thereof are provided to maintain the inner pressure of a structure by sealing a space between structures with a sealing member. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(120) senses a pipe(110) for a feeding line of an online electric vehicle. The sensor includes a pressure sensor and a humidity sensor. A controller(130) manages a pipe by receiving information from the sensor. A charger(140) holds charging materials. A valve(160) controls the transmission of the charging materials.
