摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of functional picked vegetables is provided to mix main ingredients including mulberry leaves, ixeris sonchifolia, ligularia stenocephala, and taraxacum leaves with a medicinal plant extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional picked vegetables comprises the following steps: mixing 1~4wt% of glycyrrhizae radix, 3~6wt% of eugenia caryophyllata, 4~8wt% of foeniculum vulgare, 5~10wt% of perilla frutescens, 2~8wt% of acanthopanax senticosus, and 64~85wt% of water; heating the mixture at 80~100deg C for 4~8hours for obtaining a medicinal plant extract; adding 2~10kg of medicinal plant extract, 10~15kg of fermented soybean paste, 15~25kg of red pepper paste, 0.5~2kg of persimmon vinegar, 0.5~2kg of starch syrup, 1~5kg of garlic, and 0.1~0.5kg of sesame seeds with main ingredients; and aging the mixture at 10~20deg C for 30days in a jar.
