FLEXIBLE ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODDE DESPLAY DEVICE AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A flexible organic light emitting diode display device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to increase the reliability of a display device by preventing the wire of a pad which is cut from a cross section from contacting to a substrate comprised of a metal thin film. CONSTITUTION: In a flexible organic light emitting diode display device and a fabricating method thereof, a thin film transistor is formed on a substrate(SUBP). a data line(DLP) and a scan line(SLP) defining a pixel are connected to a thin film transistor. A data pad is extended from the data line and is formed in one side of a substrate. A data shorting bar(GSBP) is electrically connected to the data pad. A dummy line has one end which is connected to the data pad.
