<p>PURPOSE: A buffer state report method for uplink scheduling and communication system thereof are provided to remove the uncertainty of terminal buffer status information due to log delay of a satellite. CONSTITUTION: A UE(User Equipment) reports initial buffer status information(S310). If BSR(Buffer Status Reporting) trigger, a timer, or padding generates, the UE confirms the existence of transmission fail data(S320, S330). The UE sets up buffer status quantity through the BSR(S340). The UE reports the fixed BSR to the satellite(S370). In case transmission fail data does not exist, the UE sets up the amount of buffer status as the amount of data(S350).</p> |
