PURPOSE: A data transmission system which transmits control information to a base station is provided to multiply control information by using a plurality of transmission antennas and to improve the transmission efficiency of control information. CONSTITUTION: A bit number determining unit(610) determines the number of bits of control information about each transmission antenna in consideration of data transmission rate about each transmission antenna. A control information dividing unit(630) divides control information blocks based on the number of bits of control information. A transmission unit(670) transmits control information block to the base station by using the transmission antenna.
