PURPOSE: An image processing apparatus and method thereof are provided to quickly convert a plurality of images into one plane image and to obtain a plurality of wide angle cameras. CONSTITUTION: An image signal receiving unit(12) receives at least two or more input image signals from a plurality of wide-angle cameras(11). A lookup table(13) stores image mapping data about each image pixel. An image matching unit(14) configures an image pixel of a composite image signal. An image signal output unit(15) outputs an output image based on the composite video signal.
