PURPOSE: An automatic vision inspection system of an LCD panel is provided to improve quality and productivity by preventing defects of an LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: An automatic vision inspection system of an LCD panel includes: a panel supply unit(100) composed of a tray(110) or a cassette and conveying a panel to a lighting inspection unit by a first transfer(10); a lighting inspection unit(200) composed of a panel loading zone(210) and an unloading zone(240), and conveying a panel to a first lighting inspection zone(220) and a second lighting inspection zone(230) composed of a dual stage and conveying the panel into the unloading zone, and then conveying to an exterior inspection unit by a second transfer(20); and an exterior inspection unit(300) composed of a loading zone and an unloading zone and executing a bottom exterior inspection of a panel in the loading zone and transferring the panel to a top exterior inspection zone by a dual stage and executing a top exterior inspection, and then conveying the panel to the unloading zone.
