<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain display of propagation state by quickly transmitting two-dimensional display data information indicating the state of digital transmission at a relay point, to a receiver side. <P>SOLUTION: A digital transmission device two-dimensionally maps a TS signal modulated in a digital modulation system, and identifies the transmitted/received two-dimensional data, thereby reproducing the TS signal. The device transmits the transmission state display information to the receiver side for each predetermined period, and successively executes the following per frame: resetting a memory while providing the memory of the transmission state display information for plural frames on a receiver side, accumulating the memory and displaying an after image, or writes the information in the memory of the transmission state display information with the after image and reads the information.
