PURPOSE: A bicycle pedal, footwear and a device for combining the pedal and the footwear is provided to easily combine the footwear with the pedal and easily separate the footwear from the pedal. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle pedal(100) comprises a pedal body(110), a retaining part(120), a first elastic member, and a second elastic member. The pedal body is combined with a bicycle pedal shaft. The retaining part is installed in the pedal body in a direction parallel with the pedal shaft direction or a direction intersecting the pedal shaft at a predetermined angle. The retaining part is exposed to the top face or bottom face of the pedal body. The retaining part includes a plurality of retaining pieces. The first elastic member elastically biases a retaining piece relatively close to the pedal shaft to a retaining position. The second elastic member elastically biases a retaining piece relatively distant from the pedal shaft to the retaining position. The coefficient of elasticity of the first elastic member is smaller than the coefficient of elasticity of the second elastic member.
