PURPOSE: A call connection system, method thereof, and apparatus applied to the same are provided to efficiently execute the call connection with a receiver in a state that a receiver receives an important call. CONSTITUTION: A service management server(200) supplies the schedule of a receiver from a schedule storage server in case a receiving mode is in a conference mode. The service management server distinguishes schedule information corresponding to the time of a caller request of the receiver. The service management server decides the call availability of the receiver. The service management server forms an incoming call based on the call connection information.
