PURPOSE: A handsfree PTT group communication apparatus and method thereof are provided to accurately communicate with a mobile terminal at low power and to accurately use a PTT button. CONSTITUTION: A PTT(Push To Talk) terminal body(130) receives a voice signal or a PTT button signal of a user through human communication. The PTT terminal body transfers the voice signal of the other user to a user through the human body communication. A wireless communication unit transmits the PTT button signal to the other user and receives the voice signal.
