PURPOSE: A centrifugation method and syringe for centrifugation are provided to extract blood by using syringe and to pass centrifugation process immediately inside the syringe without the need do move blood to other reservoir or tube. CONSTITUTION: The centrifugation method includes the steps of: storing an processing object inside the syringe(S10); first centrifuging the processing object of inside of syringe in the state of arranging nozzle to face outside of the center of rotation(S20). Density relatively highs among the component comprising the processing object, task specific component, arranged at nozzle by the first centrifugation, is discharged through the nozzle(S30). The syringe is reversed so the nozzle face inside of the center of rotation of syringe and second centrifuges the processing object of inside of the syringe(S40). Density is relatively low among the remaining component comprising the processing object and the other specific component, arranged at the nozzle by the second centrifugation, is discharged through the nozzle(S50).
