PURPOSE: A producing method of scorched rice containing a medical herb extract is provided to offer the health functionality of medical herbs including pueraria thunbergiana, hovenia dulcis, acanthopanax sessiliflorus, and kalopanax ricinifolium. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of scorched rice containing a medical herb extract comprises the following steps: washing pueraria thunbergiana, hovenia dulcis, acanthopanax sessiliflorus, and kalopanax ricinifolium with water, and cutting into 2cm; mixing 2g of cut medical herbs and 100g of water in a container, and heating; inserting 10g of obtained herbal extract into 100g of grains; and spreading the grain mixture on a heated steel plate. The grains include black rice, red rice, brown rice, and barley. |
