PURPOSE: A method for transacting real estate, an apparatus therefor and a computer-readable recording medium with a program are provided to smoothly resolve the unsold situation or the money problem when selling a real estate by transferring some of the agreement loan money to the constructor on the basis of official rate. CONSTITUTION: A method for transacting real estate, an apparatus therefor and a computer-readable recording medium with a program comprises: an information receiver(210) which receives applicant information for lotting-out of real estate through a broker server; a credit rating calculator(220) which produces credit information for each of the applicants on the basis of the applicant information; a member approval unit(230) which determines the approval of the member on the basis of the credit information and selects an approved member account; and a down payment manager(240) which calculates the down payment according to the credit information. |
