The invention relates to transfer mechanisms of hydrodynamic fin vibrating propulsive devices, and it can be used on boats, yachts, fishes-robots, submarines. The purpose of the present invention is use of a link of new type for realisation of transfer of capacity from horizontally established electric motor to vertically located rigid fin. The specified purpose is reached using the transfer mechanism made up in the form of two mutually perpendicular sites of fin with the cut located between them. The pulley tooth enters into said vertical cut carrying out a movement in it. The driving pulley of the link used for transfer of motion is rigidly connected with the horizontal axle of electric motor, and the vertical half-axle of said link gives rise to the rotations of fin, said rotations being excited as vibrations of vertically located rigid fin.
