The apparatus has a fluid pumping circuit (3) including an enclosure (2) connected to a control unit by a pipe (5), where the enclosure is in sleeve shape. The enclosure is provided to surround a body part i.e. calf (1). A vibrator (24) is arranged on the fluid pumping circuit and connected to the control unit by a cable (25). The vibrator is arranged on the enclosure. The enclosure is filled with porous medium (4). An external wall (7) of the enclosure is deformable. An internal wall (8) of the enclosure is flexible.
