FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel substituted 3-arylsulfonyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-2,6-diamines of general formula 1, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and/or hydrates which have serotonin 5-HT6 receptor antagonist properties and can be used in treating or preventing development of various central nervous system diseases, whose pathogenesis is associated with 5-HT6 receptors, particularly Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington disease, schizophrenia, other neurodegenerative diseases, cognitive and anxiety disorders and obesity.
