COMPUTER SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A computer system and a control method thereof are provided to discharge solar power and battery power at the same time according to system load, and to charge a system and a battery to solar energy. CONSTITUTION: A system unit(310) receives the power of a power supply shift(312) and proceeds an operation. A battery unit(330) outputs battery power to the power supply shift. A solar power unit(320) receives feedback for the voltage of the power supply shift and outputs solar power corresponding to an operation level of the system unit to the power supply shift. If the solar power is charged over the fixed voltage, the solar power unit is enabled. The solar power unit comprises a capacitor which charges the solar power and a convertor which selectively discharges the solar power charged in the capacitor.
