PURPOSE: A milling chuck is provided to improve operation stability by preventing a clamping unit from being compressed and deformed by a stop ring. CONSTITUTION: A milling chuck comprises a body, a fastening nut(20), a needle roller, a stop ring, side and front O-rings(40,60). The body comprises a clamping unit and a coupling unit(54). The fastening nut is coupled to the clamping unit of the body and forms a needle roller mounting space(20a). The needle roller is installed in the needle roller mounting space formed between the fastening nut and the clamping unit. The stop ring comprises a rim part and a stopping part. The rim part covers the outer surface of the front end of the clamping unit. The side and front O-rings are installed in the rim part and the stopping part of the stop ring and are adhered to the inner surface of the fastening nut and the front surface of the clamping unit respectively.
